Shipping Policy - HypeEtch.com

Thank you for choosing HypeEtch. Because each of our items is custom laser-engraved, our shipping process involves two stages: Production Time and Transit Time.

1. Production & Processing Time

All items are made-to-order.

  • Our standard production time is 3-5 business days.

  • During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 7 business days.

  • Production begins only after payment is cleared and all design details are confirmed.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-4 business days.

Note: Choosing expedited shipping only speeds up the transit time, not the production time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your custom order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Damages & Shipping Issues

While all sales are final, we want to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass or dented metal), you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

  • Replacements: If damage is verified, we will ship a replacement of the same design at no cost to you. We do not offer refunds for items damaged in transit.

  • Lost Packages: HypeEtch is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for GPS delivery coordinates.

5. Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
