1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing HypeEtch.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Orders & Accuracy

HypeEtch provides custom laser engraving services.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for engraving (spelling, dates, grammar, and design placement).

  • Proofing: We engrave exactly what is submitted. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

  • Image Quality: If you upload a logo or image, you certify that it is high-quality and suitable for engraving. We are not responsible for poor results due to low-resolution uploads.

3. No Refund & "All Sales Final" Policy

Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, they cannot be resold.

  • Strict Policy: All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to customer typos or a change of heart.

  • Cancellations: Orders enter production shortly after being placed. Cancellations are only permitted if production has not yet begun.

4. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

  • Your Designs: By submitting a design or logo, you represent that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it. You agree to indemnify HypeEtch against any legal claims regarding copyright infringement.

  • Our Rights: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing profanity, hate speech, or content that violates trademark/copyright laws.

  • Marketing: Unless you explicitly opt-out in writing, HypeEtch reserves the right to photograph and display your finished product on our website or social media for promotional purposes.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All items are shipped via third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. HypeEtch is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HypeEtch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State/Province in which HypeEtch operates.
